This streamlined approach eliminates unnecessary warehousing and allows us to ship directly from the manufacturing floor to your door.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within [1–3] business days.

  • Standard Delivery: Because our physical products ship from our global partners, please allow [10–14] business days for delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order leaves the facility, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

Please note: Multiple items in the same order may ship separately depending on the fulfillment center.


Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your recovery tools. If you are not happy with your physical purchase, we offer returns within [14 / 30] days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging, cables, and accessories.

  • Initiating a Return: Please email [Insert Client's Support Email] with your order number to authorize a return. We will provide you with the return shipping address.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Digital Subscriptions (Premium Workouts)

Because our video library grants instant access to premium digital content, all subscription charges are non-refundable. However, you are in complete control of your membership. You can cancel your recurring All-Access Membership at any time by logging into the "My Account" portal on our website. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
